A broken heart?

You should by now have heard about the cancelation of our planned gig at Deep Cove Brewers & Distillers on the 12th of February. The cancelation of the Pre-Valentine’s special wasn’t caused by any recent heartbreak or break up in the band so don’t even go there girlfriend.
In fact all live music at Deep Cove Brewers & Distillers has come to a rather abrupt halt. Until they can get a lounge license the kind of shows we love to put on there will be no more. They will be ex-shows; they will have ceased to be…etc.
“Oh buggering hell!” I hear you exclaim “What can we do about it?” Well my little lug-nuts I will tell you. Please get your pert buttocks down to Deep Cove Brewers & Distillers and ask to sign the petition therein requesting that a lounge license be granted pronto Tonto. Tell them The Celtic Cowboys sent you.
“But where can I hear stubbornly eclectic live music in the meantime?” I hear you ask. Well my dears that might well be up to you. We have a couple of gigs lined up a little further afield than usual: Surrey and Merritt to be exact. But we would like to find alternative local venues to play until our good friends at the Brewery get the magic lounge license. Can you help?
Feel free to contact us with suggestions on local venues. We’ll do the rest. Please note the rumour that we’d play at the opening of a bag of crisps is not entirely true.
Cheers, Pauly
